Muftī Zubair Patel ibn Ḥāfiẓ Yaqub al-Ṭaḥḥān studied classical Islamic sciences and graduated at Jamiatul Ilm Wal Huda, Blackburn. He also studied and completed the seven modes of recitation of the Noble Qur’ān and Iftā’ (Specialising in Islamic Jurisprudence) at said institute. He has dedicated his time to teaching Iftā’ at Whitethread Institute as well as Ḥadīth, Tafsīr, Fiqh, Arabic language and other Islamic sciences at Al Rawda and Imam Zakariya Academy, all of which are situated in London.
